Hi, my name is Adam Brevik and I own Brevik Electric Inc. I grew up in Twin Valley, MN and after graduation I moved to Wahpeton, ND to pursue a degree in electrical. While at NDSCS, I had a great opportunity to intern as an electrical apprentice in Colorado for a summer. I learned a lot from the foremen on the projects and really valued the experience. After graduation I started working as an apprentice and then a journeyman electrician for a small electrical contractor out of Fargo, ND. We worked mostly in residential and a little in small commercial - I really enjoyed it. I obtained my masters license and started Brevik Electric Inc in 2011.
Brevik Electric specializes in residential, both new construction and remodel, as well as small commercial. We are a small company that focuses on quality work and meeting deadlines. It is very common for houses my team has wired to be part of Fargo’s Parade of Homes as well as showcased in local magazines like Midwest Nest. I enjoy working with owners to understand how each specific space is intended to be used. Using that information, I do my best to provide a service that will meet and exceed what the owner wants/needs. I make it a point to spend time researching new lighting options as well as take classes on new technologies to better serve my customers.
My wife Kristin and I have two amazing daughters – Kialie and Quinn. Spending quality time together as a family is something Kristin and I value. It is possible that you may meet my girls on a job site, especially during the busy construction season. Having a quick picnic in my truck and being able to hear about all the excitement from the day is as much of a treat for me as it is my girls.
